What do other people say?

According to reviews from yelp and google reviews, Penn Station is a convenient way to get to New Jersey, and has good restaurants inside of it. Also people say that it is the most organized rail road they've ever seen and the people there are very friendly. Others say that it is not big enough, overcrowded and one person even said that the firm who remodeled it "screwed it up" because they put to many things inside.
